Shipping & Delivery Options

Zoom Express

Need it super-fast? We’ll typically ship your order within 1–2 business days, and you will normally receive it in just 4–6 business days from the time it was shipped. This premium service is available for an additional $37.99 per order. (i.e.-$6.99 Standard shipping fee + $37.99 for Zoom Express delivery = $44.98 shipping fee for orders under $200. For orders over $200, Zoom Express delivery fee is $37.99 total.)

Swift Ship

Want it sooner? Your order will typically be shipped within 3–4 business days, with delivery within 5-8 business days from the time of shipment. This option comes with a $9.99 additional fee per order. (i.e.-$6.99 Standard shipping fee + $9.99 for Swift Ship delivery = $16.98 shipping fee for orders under $200. For orders over $200, Swift Ship delivery fee is $9.99 total.)

Standard

Want it so bad, but can wait just a bit? Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days and delivered within 7-9 business days from the time of shipment—our Standard shipping of $6.99 for orders less than $200. We provide free Standard shipping for orders over $200.

Please note: Customized items (embroidered, altered, screen-printed) may take 5-10 extra business days, in some cases it may be longer depending on complexity and/or quantity of your order. For orders over $200, Swift Ship and Zoom Express delivery may take longer than stated above due to bulk size and/or specialized processing. All times provided are estimated. Very large orders may take up to 20-30 business days for dispatch and delivery regardless of shipping type selected. PO Boxes are not accepted for Swift Ship or Zoom Express—please provide a physical address.

Note that the above shipping times are estimated. If we cannot ship your items within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you with available options to accept the delay or potential cancellation of your order and receive a refund.

Delivery times are estimated by the courier. While we’ll get your order out as quickly as possible, any courier delays are outside WARRK WARE’s control. Delivery timeframes mentioned above do not include any delays caused by customs clearance. If your package is held by customs, the time spent in clearance will not be counted as part of the stated delivery days.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied for any reason—whether it’s the color, style, or quality—we’re happy to help with a qualifying return or exchange.

Did we make a mistake? If the customizations you ordered are missing or incorrect, we will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis for replacement.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@warrkware.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.

    • This ensures proper documentation and tracking of your request…to protect you and us.

📝 Information Required in Your Email

When contacting us about a return or exchange, please be sure to include:

    • Order Number
    • Full Name (as used on the order)
    • Item(s) for Return or Exchange
    • Reason for Return/Exchange
    • Photos of the Item(s) (if applicable, e.g., wrong item received, defect, or damage)

After reviewing your email, approved returns will be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked in or on the return package (i.e.- RA#00001). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. ALL returns must be received within 15 days of issuance of Return Authorization (RA)-check your email!

Conditions for Returns

    • Clearance, closeout, final markdown, and loose fabric items cannot be returned or exchanged. If the reason for return or exchange request is due to our error, please reach out to us individually.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags in place, even if we messed up.
    • Customized (embroidered, altered, personalized, etc.) items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • While shipping fees from your original order are not eligible for refund, we are committed to making your return experience as smooth and simple as possible.

Fees & Deductions

    • Restocking fee: $3.50 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item.
    • Shipping costs: 25% of order amount or $6.99 (whichever is higher) for U.S. orders; 35% or $17 (whichever is higher) for international orders—even if free shipping was applied.
    • If a shipment is refused or not accepted, it will be treated as a return, and both-way shipping plus applicable fees will be deducted.

Processing Time

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, and refunds or store credits will be issued promptly. Your bank may take up to 7 business days to reflect the transaction.

Exchanges

    • Exchanges are only available within the same item category. Cross-category exchanges are not permitted.
    • Once merchandise is received by WARRK WARE and processed, your exchange items will be shipped.

Personalized & Special Orders

    • To ensure consistent shades in larger orders and to secure the best possible shipping rates for international, Swift Ship, plus-size, made-to-order, embroidered, or altered items, WARRK WARE places personalized orders directly with our vendors. These are shipped to customers via international courier/USPS within the timelines posted on our website, without any additional charge.
    • Because of these special arrangements, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
    • For larger orders, if you prefer not to place a personalized order, please notify us by email. In that case, items will be shipped from available stock, but shades may vary across the order.

Payment Processor Policy

Please note: according to the policy of our credit/debit card payment processor, any “payment method surcharge” is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or return.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us (cancellations cannot be made by phone or chat).

    • A 10% cancellation fee (minimum $5) applies if the order hasn’t shipped.
    • If the order has shipped and is refused, return fees will apply.
    • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled.

Additional Notes

    • International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
    • For shortages or incorrect orders, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
    • No claims will be accepted after 30 days.
